With the new season ahead, the most interesting details of a look are reduced to what you carry, the shoes you choose to show beneath your trousers and, of course, the jacket you put on.
Usually, during summertime, I don't give accessories as much importance as I do during winter. Or maybe I do, just differently.
There's something about getting dressed when it gets colder that makes me pay more attention to these things. The shape of a bag, a pair of shoes slightly showing under a really long pair of trousers, or that one jacket that somehow makes everything else work.
I've always had a thing for these three. I think they can make even the most boring outfit feel interesting, without really trying.
And since I've been paying a little more attention to them lately, I thought I'd put together a small selection of my own. Pieces I've collected over time, some old, some newer, but all of them things I keep reaching for.
Mostly shoes, bags and jackets. As expected.
