LOAFERS OR FLATS

It would be impossible for me to choose just one option here. That’s the main reason why this post exists, to hate on sneakers and embrace any other kind of footwear.

Anyway, both shoes work for many of the same occasions, but they serve different intentions. Since I decided to put sneakers aside, I immediately shifted toward loafers, and I don’t think I could ever go back. Not only are they comfortable shoes, but they also create a very interesting masculine look that I love to play with when choosing an outfit.

Flats, on the other hand, represent a more feminine and inoffensive aesthetic. For summer dresses with light fabrics. Walking around.

Loafers, for everything else. Any outfit, really. Except for any summer look.
Sometimes sneakers, but not really sneakers.
You know what I mean.
